FOUNDING/FULL ORDINARY MEMBERS
Founding / Ordinary Members are required to be domestic or foreign faculties’ graduates, in food & beverage
management or hospitality and tourism management, oenology, gastronomy, bar management, etc. or
professionals with solid expertise on the field of food and beverage management and the wider tourism hotel
industry.
Specifically, at this level are acceptable:
Food & Beverage Managers and Assistants, Corporate Foodservice Managers, Restaurant Managers,
Catering, Casino, Club Managers, Bar Managers, Food and Beverage Consultants, Maître d ‘Hotel, F & B
Cost Controller, Lead Audit on ISO, HACCP, etc. as well as General Managers and Hotel Managers with
strong background in food and beverage sector.
ASSOCIATED/STUDENT/JUNIOR MEMBERS
Associated /Student/Junior Members may be upon his/her request, any physical person over 18 years old, if
he/she accepts Association’s Statute and has fulfilled his/her obligations to the Association.
Specifically, at this level are acceptable:
• any persons who wish to assist from the wider foodservice industry as managers, entry level employees or
individual business owners in hospitality, tourism sector and catering.
• students of food & beverage and hospitality management, business administration, hotel and tourism
studies, oenology, gastronomy, bar management, etc., as well as junior members or trainees who do not
have the necessary experience to join as full members.
PARTNERS/ CORPORATE MEMBERS/ COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATIVES
The status of F & B Association Partner may be awarded to any natural or legal person of private law,
corporate entities, manufacturing and commercial companies and representatives in foodservice and
hospitality industry, tourism, agri-foods, etc., as suppliers, farmers, producers, distributors or operators, as
well as institutions, colleges, universities or polytechnics with an interest in the aims and objectives of our
Association.
SUPPORTING/ BENEFACTOR MEMBERS
Supporting Members of the Association are being nominated by the Board of Directors, persons, individuals
or legal entities wishing to support the activities of the Association with logistical, financial or any other kind of
aid.
Association’s Board of Directors may award the distinction of “Benefactor Member” to persons who have
reinforced in an extraordinary way the Association. The honorary distinction of benefactor may be also
awarded to organizations, companies, firms, associations and committees, private entities and public entities,
local government, and NGOs.
