ADELINA CHRISTINA BARPHE

President, Strategic Planning and International Affairs

Adelina Barphe is the Vice President of International Food & Beverage Association and partner of Mocinno International Hospitality Consulting and Local Treasures Hotels & Resorts. Adelina enjoys a prestigious career path that spans 20+ years in Hospitality and F&B Industry. Her diverse management experience combined with her high entrepreneurial skills have successfully engaged her in a wide range of start-ups as an investor, consultant and development strategist. Her studies alternate between Greece, Switzerland and USA, and multiple degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management and Culinary Arts.

Georgios Kokkinelis currently holds the position of Food and Beverage Manager for one of the most iconic hospitality establishments in Athens, the NJV Athens Plaza. Mr. Kokkinelis possesses a diversified managerial background in divergent branches of the hospitality industry, ranging from private yachts and VIP residences to city hotels and fine dining establishments. With a career course spanning over two decades, Mr. Kokkinelis has honed a series of skills resulting in operational excellency, which originated when he started his educational journey into the industry from the School of Tourism Professionals of Rhodes and expanded into a series of Food and Beverage focused educational ventures

YIANNIS POGAS

Secretary, Director of Educational Committee and Centre of Excellence

Pogas Ioannis currently holds the position of Academic Director of Food & Beverage Management in Chef D’Oeuvre Culinary Institute and is the founder of FoodService Consulting Studio. Mr. Pogas started his journey in the hospitality industry from his high school years working as a waiter in local establishments, a course that continued in one of the leafing schools of Hotel Management, Les Roches.

His jubilant spirit brought him in a series of managerial positions in a variety of organizations ranging from hotels and convention centers to health care units and tourism schools. His multifarious personality extended in the fields of proof reading and writing books focused in professionals and hospitality management schools. His many years of experience have allowed to sharpen his leadership skills and organizational abilities in conjunction with his sense of responsibility and effectiveness in decision making combining the Swiss principles of excellency with the Greek spirit of hospitality

Konstantinos Tsantilas is currently holding the position of Freelance Business Consultant and Operations Management. Due to his presence in both the academic and the business fields he is regarded as a passionate and experienced senior executive with an extremely strong background in Retail Franchise Operations and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Project Management as well as HR management, training and development. Through a variety of positions Mr. Tsantilas has managed to applied modern methods of management, through stand-alone, multi-outlet and franchised environments from concept to operations.
He completed his studies with a MBA in Engineering Economic Systems from the National Technical University of Athens in 2012

Yiannis Perras is currently Director of Food and Beverage at Athenaeum Intercontinental Athens, Greece. Mr. Perras features a wealth of experience and positions in food and beverage and hospitality management. Prior to his current position, he was the Food and Beverage Manager at Club Hotel Casino Loutraki. His previous professional experience among others includes Heathrow Hilton and Kensington Hilton in London, where he started his career in Food and Beverage Industry and progressed through a number of managerial roles. He completed his studies at South Bank University in 1997.

He completed his studies with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Bournemouth in 1995.
